Financial Bailout, Renewable Legislation passed for Electric Vehicles

Part of the $700 B bailout package that congress recently passed included legislation for renewable energy and tax cuts for producing electric vehicles and plug-ins that carry at least 4 kilowatts of energy stored in batteries. This may mean that the Xebra would qualify for a deduction of $4000+ but unfortunately the language of the bill is not entirely clear and so there is a possibility that they Xebra would not qualify
