Creating Clean Transportation One Car at a Time

I am in the process of a few mods. Here is whats going on. First I am removing
rust and paint from the frame and repainting with Krylon gray
primer and then rubberized undercoating.

I am going to build battery boxes and I will post photos and info
when I am done. I raised my seat and angled it back a bit. Much better
seating position and I think that also reinforced that whole area a
bit. I am also replacing any hardware (nuts and bolts) and sanding and
painting as I go.

If I can scrape up some more funds, I will get one of those heaters
that mark is selling on his website. I went up and drove the new Xebra
and checked out the heater. That little thing puts out some heat! Mark
is really helpful, and he has gone above and beyond the call of duty
for me.

Yesterday I spent about 10 hours under the Zap building the insulation layer for my battery boxes.
This material works in temps -60-160 degrees and reflects 97% of the heat.
I will build the outer layer and do the undercoating soon. More pics to come.
